Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition, with tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Lingerie, Swimwear, or Accessories cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as soon as possible.
How to Return

Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided in our response.
Keep the tracking number for your reference.
